'Doctor Who' Christmas special trailer stars Nick Frost as Santa Claus

A new trailer four the 'Doctor Who' Christmas special finds the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and Clara (Jenna Coleman) spending Christmas in the North Pole where they encounter a gross alien creature and Santa Claus himself, played by "The World's End" and "Shaun of the Dead" Nick Frost.
